U.S. Bank - Transactions Not Importing

Unfortunately, we have learned that U.S. Bank is currently limiting the access of our import provider, Plaid, which may result in your transaction being slow to import. We're hearing reports of longer than 3 days are expected. They will continue to work behind the scenes to find a positive resolution, but they don't have a timeline to share. As we remove this from a widespread incident status, we will update Direct Import Watchlist Institutions: A Guide if/when we learn otherwise. Thanks for rolling with the punches with us!

We've identified the cause of the issue, and we're working with our Direct Import provider on the next steps. We'll continue to keep you updated as things progress! Continue to use our other transaction entry methods to keep your budget updated.

Investigating
We are investigating a spike in transactions not importing for U.S. Bank. We're working with our Direct Import provider to learn more, and we'll post updates here as we have them. In the meantime, use our other transaction entry methods to keep your accounts up to date!
