Identified - In light of the recent name/domain change of BMO Harris to BMO, our import provider has implemented a new connection to BMO. Canadian-based accounts should connect to Bank of Montreal (CA), if it asks for your card number as a login option, reach out directly to BMO to inquire about your options. U.S. based accounts should connect to Bank of Montreal (US) and use their User ID as credentials to log in. Information on how to remove your old connection and relink to the new integration can be found in our How to Manage Connections in YNAB guide. We will continue to monitor the situation and if you continue to run into issues after reconnecting, please use our other transaction entry methods to keep your accounts up to date while we continue to investigate!

Identified - Our Import Provider has identified the cause of the issue: due to a recent update to NFCU, every user will need to re-authenticate their connection before being able to continue to import. If you have not already been prompted to do so, you can remove and re-add your connection to complete the process. Details on how to do this can be found in How to Manage Your Connections in YNAB. If you continue to hit an error after that, know that we are still working behind the scenes. We will keep you posted as we learn more.

Resolved - Unfortunately, we have learned that U.S. Bank is currently limiting the access of our import provider, Plaid, which may result in your transaction being slow to import. We're hearing reports of longer than 3 days are expected. They will continue to work behind the scenes to find a positive resolution, but they don't have a timeline to share. As we remove this from a widespread incident status, we will update Direct Import Watchlist Institutions: A Guide if/when we learn otherwise. Thanks for rolling with the punches with us!
