Multiple European Institutions: Connections Down

Resolved

Unfortunately, this issue is proving to be much more complex to resolve than was originally anticipated and is now considered a long-term issue for the remaining five financial institutions:

- AXA Banque (BE)
- GarantiBank (NL)
- HSBC (FR)
- ING Bank Śląski (PL)
- PKO Bank Polski (PL)

Our import provider will continue work behind the scenes, but we'll be retiring this from our Status Page to keep the information here fresh and relevant to newer incidents. When/if this issue is resolved for any of these institutions, we'll post a final update here and anyone subscribed to it will receive an email. In the meantime, we recommend trying to connect every few weeks just in case our provider fixes it before we're notified!

This issue has been resolved for two more institutions:
- Bank Pekao
- Argenta

Our import provider is working hard to resolve this issue. There aren’t any actionable updates to share just yet, but we’re keeping a close eye and will share more as soon as we can. Thanks so much for your patience!

Identified

We're seeing a spike in connection issues with multiple European financial institutions. Our Direct Import provider is aware of the issue and working with the financial institutions on a fix. We'll post updates here as we have them. In the meantime, use our other transaction entry methods to keep your accounts up to date!
