We've got good news and bad news! Let's get the bad news out of the way first: Unfortunately, this issue with Elan is proving to be much more complex to resolve than was originally anticipated and is now considered a long-term issue. While work will continue to be done behind the scenes, we will be retiring this from our Status Page in order to keep the information here as fresh and relevant as possible.

Now for the good news: We have confirmed our other import provider has a successful Elan connection so we have switched all connections over to that import provider. Follow along in our Direct Import Connection Updates: A Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to complete the switch. If you run into any issues along the way, please do not remove and re-add the connection as this will switch you back to your original import provider; instead, reach out to our Support team.

For persistent issues like we are experiencing with Elan, we will also update our Watchlist Institutions article, so you can monitor the status of Elan there.

We've identified the cause of the issue, and we're working with our Direct Import provider on the next steps. We'll continue to keep you updated as things progress! Continue to use our other transaction entry methods to keep your accounts up to date.

We are investigating a spike in connection issues on ELAN CardMember Service. We're working with our Direct Import provider to learn more, and we'll post updates here as we have them. In the meantime, use our other transaction entry methods to keep your accounts up to date!
