Our Import Provider has identified the cause of the issue: due to a recent update to NFCU, every user will need to re-authenticate their connection before being able to continue to import. If you have not already been prompted to do so, you can remove and re-add your connection to complete the process. Details on how to do this can be found in How to Manage Your Connections in YNAB. If you continue to hit an error after that, know that we are still working behind the scenes. We will keep you posted as we learn more.

Investigating
We are investigating a spike in connection issues and/or transactions not importing for Navy Federal Credit Union. We're working with our Direct Import provider to learn more, and we'll post updates here as we have them. In the meantime, we have learned you may be able to connect and import by removing and re-adding your connection. Details on how to do this can be found here.
